1. Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to all users of the Day Dose application available on Google Play, and to any associated website. Use of the App by a minor is the responsibility of their parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

2. What Day Dose is

Day Dose is a personal medicine reminder application that helps individuals and families track medicine schedules, set reminders, and monitor dose history. The App is provided free of charge. No account or subscription is required.

All data you enter into the App — including profile names, medicine names, schedules, and dose history — is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to any external server or accessed by the developer. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Medical disclaimer

The App is designed to help you remember to take medicines you have already been prescribed or chosen. It does not:

• Verify whether medicines are appropriate for you
• Check for interactions between medicines
• Provide any form of dosage recommendation
• Replace consultation with a doctor, pharmacist, or other medical professional

If you miss a dose or are unsure whether to take a medicine, consult your healthcare provider. Do not rely solely on the App to manage a critical medical condition.

4. Your data and content

All content you create within the App — medicine names, schedules, notes, profile names — belongs to you. Because this data is stored only on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining it.

• You may export, delete, or modify your data at any time through the App
• Uninstalling the App or clearing its data permanently removes all stored information
• The developer has no ability to recover lost data on your behalf
• You are responsible for backing up data if your device is lost or reset

By using the App, you grant no licence to your data to the developer — because the developer never receives or processes it.

5. Acceptable use

Day Dose is intended for personal, non-commercial use to manage medicine reminders. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality or security
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Represent the App as your own product or work

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your right to use the App.

6. Availability and updates

Day Dose is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The developer makes reasonable efforts to keep the App functional and up to date, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The App may be updated from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. Updates are distributed through Google Play and may be applied automatically depending on your device settings. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. Because all data is stored on your device, discontinuation of the App does not result in data loss.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• Any missed dose or health consequence arising from a failure of the App to deliver a reminder
• Loss of data resulting from device failure, App uninstallation, or OS updates
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App
• The accuracy of any medicine name, dosage, or schedule information you enter

The App is a convenience tool. You remain responsible for managing your own or your family's health, including verifying that medicines are taken correctly and on time.

In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, the developer's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property

Day Dose, including its name, logo, design, code, and all associated assets, is the intellectual property of Adhnan Shereef T. All rights are reserved.

The App is part of the "Day" family of apps. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership interest in the App or its intellectual property.

You may not use the Day Dose name, logo, or brand assets without prior written permission from the developer.

9. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published at this URL and the effective date will be revised. Significant changes will also be communicated within the App.

Your continued use of the App after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should discontinue use of the App.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If you are using the App from outside India, you do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to you.
